Something wrong? Write to me.
Mini is made by one person, so your email reaches me and not a queue. I read everything and reply to most things within a couple of days.
Reporting a bug
Four lines is plenty. It saves a round trip if you include:
- Where you were using Mini — Windows, iPhone, or a browser
- The version, from Settings at the bottom
- What you did, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if it's something you can see
Don't paste your task list. I don't need it, and I'd rather not have it.
Questions people actually ask
Where are my tasks stored?
On your device. Mini keeps a database file locally and reads from that, which is why it opens instantly and works with no internet. If you sign in, a copy also syncs through our servers so your other devices stay in step.
Do I need an account?
Not to use the app. Cases, tasks, flags and the daily brief all work signed out, forever.
You need a free account for two things: the AI that sorts a brain-dump into separate tasks, and syncing between devices. Both need a server, and a server needs to know who you are.
How do I move to a new computer?
Sign in on both. Your cases and tasks arrive on the new machine on their own.
If you'd rather not sign in anywhere, the local database file can be copied across by hand — email me and I'll tell you where it lives on your system.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything except the AI sorting, which needs to reach a model. Your tasks, your brief and your lists are all local, so a dead connection changes nothing.
Windows says it "protected my PC". Is that bad?
No. Windows shows that for any application it hasn't seen many times before, signed or not. Click More info, then Run anyway. It stops appearing as more people install Mini.
How do I delete everything?
Uninstall the app and your local database goes with it. If you made an account, delete it from Settings and your synced rows are removed from the server too.
If you want that confirmed in writing, or you've lost access to the account, email me.
Is the beta going to cost money later?
The app stays free. A paid tier is coming for people who want the AI doing the sorting every day rather than once, but nothing you can do today starts costing money later.
Still stuck?
Write to info@heorhiishekunov.org. Even if it's just to say something felt off — that's the useful kind of email during a beta.
